Job description:
- Candidates required for Asst. Manager or Dy. Manager or Manager Level with experience in handling of Qualification/Validation of the Process Equipment and Utility Systems in Pharmaceutical (Formulation) Industry. Salary no bar for appropriate candidates.
Job Requirements are given below:
- Preparation of URS, IQ, OQ, PQ Protocols for newly produced Equipment/System
- Data compilation and preparation of URS, FS, IQ, OQ, PQ
- Carry our re-qualification of the existing equipment/utility systems.
- Review of Functional design specification and FAT/SAT.
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC System and its qualification
- Thorough knowledge of Purified Water System and its qualification
- Thorough knowledge of Compressed Air System and its qualification
- Thorough knowledge of Nitrogen Gas handling and its qualification
- Thorough knowledge of Pharmaceutical Process Equipment e.g. Granulator, FBP/FBD, Compression machines, Coating Machines, Capsule Filling Machines and Blister Packing Machine.
- Experience in calibration of all the instruments.
- Experienced in handling of QMS Documents E.g. Risk Assessment and Change Control Systems. Candidate
