Job description:

  • Taking care of facilities like Security which include of Monitoring of CCTV, Security Supervision at all Floors round the clock, maintaining records of Inward / Outward, Monitoring and issuing Gate pass to Co. Guests & vendors Housekeeping, Maintenance payments.
  • Responsible for development, implementation and administration of infrastructure to optimize resources and capacity utilization which includes of Building upkeep, Repair & Maintenance, New Initiatives, Liaising support, management Seat Planning and allocation and IT basic amenities.
  • Responsible for Project Management, Cost Optimization and support through various non- core activities like Managing the vendors of Temp staffing , Attendance & Payment of invoices of HR Vendors , Issuance of ID cards Creation of HR Purchase request , Attendance of employees training, Disbursement of new Joiners Kit
  • Supervise and direct administrative support services to align with Organizational objectives and provide support in Outbound & In Bound Training arrangements, Birthday & R&R events Sports & Annual get together In house events & Stake holder meeting and events.

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Any graduate

2) Male candidates are preferred
