Job Description:

• Production of API & Intermediates as per BPR.
• Follow the GMP & SOP’s in Manufacturing areas.
• Handling & monitoring of documents.
• Experience of handling Reactors, Centrifuges, AHU Systems, Dryers and other equipment related to API manufacturing.
• Reporting to the shift in-charge if any Deviations, Incidents, Delay in approved process (BPR).
• Maintaining good environment in production areas.
• Adhering discipline at shop floor for an accident free and safe work culture.
• QMS experienced

Instruments/ equipments like: Autoclave, Washing, Filling and sealing Machine etc and concern activities related to batch manufacturing, filling, labeling,cartoning,2D serialization, validation activities like media preparation, media filling.

Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager- Secondary Packing

Job description:

• Training to Line Operators, and Workmen regarding SOP, CGMP, Personal Hygiene and regulatory requirement.
• Handling of Packing line during packing of batch from start of the batch to the end of the batch.
• Preparation of next batch taken in line like BPR handover from QA, all annexure issue from QA, batch handover from manufacturing.
• All time readiness of area during packing for Audit.
• In compliance to standard operating procedure & with compliance to system audit.
• Review & Maintain daily records .
• Distribution of manpower for proper utilization depending on their strength skilll
• Co-ordinations with QC, QA, Production, Packing and Administration for the production of safe, pure and effective product with respect to cGMP
• Knowledge on Primary Packing Machines, Secondary Packing Machines, Printing Machines, Cartonator Machine, Track and trace machine etc.
