Key Skills : Autoclaves, Vial Filling, Lyophilizer machine, Vial Washing Aseptic Activities, cGMP, Sealing Machines etc.
Job description:
Responsible for Operation of Vial/PFS filling machine, vial Sealing Machine and Lyophilizer.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitization of classified areas and equipment’s.
Person shall have good aseptic knowledge and practices to carry out the aseptic operations
Responsible for online documentation and maintaining facility for every time audit readiness
Responsible for monitoring of Vial/PFS filling, vial Sealing and Lyophilizer operations.
Responsible for to carry out the line clearance, online documentation and batch manufacturing activities.
Person shall have good adherence on procedures, aseptic operations and practices to carry out the aseptic operations.
Responsible for Handling of APA equipment’s and movement of DS/FDS and DP.
Responsible for handling manpower and achieving planned targets with cGMP
Responsible for preparation of SOP’s, Batch records and review of process documents.
