Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of SOPs, STPs, Specifications, GTPs, worksheets and updation of the above records.
2. Operation and calibration of instruments.
3. In-process, Batch release and stability sample testing by techniques such as:
4. Physical appearance
5. pH
6. Osmolality
7. Conductivity
8. Spectrophotometric techniques like protein content by UV (OD @ 280 nm) and etc.,
9. Extractable volume
10. SDS-PAGE
11. IEF
12. Host cell derived protein ELISA

10.Protein A Leachate ELISA

11.All Colorimetric assays

12.Quantification of Host cell DNA by q-PCR

13.Mycoplasma testing by q-PCR

14.Masters preparation in LIMS

4. Documentation of In-process, batch release and stability samples.
5. Execution of Analytical method validations.
6. Preparation of reagents and buffers.
7. Responsible for analysis and review of analytical related activities in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
8. Responsible for usage, monitoring and verification of all kinds of Laboratory log books.
9. Monitoring and verification of Temperature and Humidity.
10. Ensure cleaning and washing of plastic ware and glassware.
11. Responsible for GLP compliance.
