Job description

Responsibilities

1. Basic Accounting knowledge
   2. Understand the basic accounting process/terms
   3. Working knowledge of Relevant GAAP and MS Office
   4. Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
   5. Knowledge of computers including standard packages
2. Respond to customer queries and customers concern
3. Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user
4. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
5. Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs

10.Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Non technical Graduates are eligible
• Meaningful work experience

Experience

• 0- 5yrs
• Freshers can also apply

Preferred qualifications
• Good MS Office skills, specially MS excel
• Good verbal and written communication
• Excellent Accounting Knowledge
• Experience in General accounting (R2R function)
• Technology skills SAP experience preferred.
