Department – Accounts

             Designation- Sr. Executive

             Location – Injectable Plant

             Qualification- M.Com/CA Inter

             Role – Accounts & Finance – Injectable Plant

             Experience Required- 6-8 years (Specially in Capex)

Job Description –

1. Receipt, checking, verification and booking of project invoices.
2. Reconciliation of project vendor accounts incl TDS, Deductions and retentions etc.
3. Weekly payments of project vendors.
4. Reconciliations- GRN vs Invoice Receipt, Advance/ABG/PBG tracking etc.
5. Monthly closing activities like provisions, TDS, CWIP reco and timely capitalization.
6. Track on Capital commitment and Capex Budget, issuing asset codes and tracking thereof.
7. Monthly GST and other statutory compliances related to Finance deptt.

Designation- Executive

             Location – OSD Plant Pithampur

             Qualification- B.Com/ M.Com

             Role – Accounts & Finance

             Experience Required- 4-6 years

Job Description –

1. Receipt, checking, verification and booking of invoices.
2. Routine payments of plants.
3. Monthly closing works like provisions , tracking of invoices against provisions etc.
4. Reconciliations- GRN vs Invoice Receipt, Open PO, material consumption reco.
5. Inventory verification, reconciliation for the purpose of statutory audit.
