Vistara Activation:

Rural India has been traditionally underserved in terms of access to quality health care, especially primary care provided by qualified doctors. Vistara division focusing on acute therapies was launched in April2020 to achieve Dr Reddys mission to accelerate access to innovative and affordable medicines in underpenetrated Rural India. In Sep22 Rural business expanded in chronic therapy also with launch of Vistara+ Division. Both rural teams cover 10,000 rural towns, reaching 125,000 healthcare professionals across the country and impacting more than 50 million patients.

Rural Activation Team is the further extension of rural business and Fortify Dr. Reddys presence in rural market. This team will enable rural healthcare ecosystem by improving Healthcare Awareness by working on patient awareness and wellness programs through medical camps and educational programs. Team will create a system to provides Tele-medicines, POC diagnostics, Pathology and Medicines services to rural patients from the convenience of their village thereby saving time, money and effort for them.

Regional Activation Manager (RAM):

Role of RAM will be to oversee operations of activation team for a region/state with reporting of 6-7 RAEs:

RAM is L1 Manager Roles

  1. Operations – Execution of Camps/ activation activities as per the SLAs in the business model
  • Daily field working with RAEs (basis MTP) and organizing camps
  • Daily guidance and regular agenda setting/ planning for all RAEs
  • Overseeing that the operations of the clinic take place as per the specifications eg: availability of devices, kits, consumables etc.
  • Ensuring proper and timely data reporting by their team
  1. Marketing Managing on-ground activation of field force, Promotions, Camps
  • Engage and interact with key healthcare influencers in the village like Gram Pradhan, ASHA worker etc. to seek guidance, inputs and support in activation
  • Promotion of the camps through door-to-door activities to build awareness and drive footfalls to camps
  • Manage health camps by ensuring proper alignment, operations and logistics
  • Coordinating with Vistara/V+ RSMs for planning and conducting camp at Drs and ensuring RCPA progression
  • Coordinating with Vistara/Vistara + ASM & FMRs for launch of program together and conducting camp at right Drs
  • Coordinating/engaging with Dr./RMPs on information about Camps/activation & awareness drives
  • Coordinating with Dr./RMPs for Training & On-boarding on the app
  1. Evaluate relevant HCPS & partners for the Camps
  • HCP identification selection of Drs/RMPs which team has enrolled for Camps
  • Identify, evaluate and maintain working relationship with pathology partner
  1. Team building, People Development and Performance Management
  2. Evaluate, hire & onboard people for RAEs roles in the team
  3. Set monthly camp target and evaluate performance for the team
  4. Drive Training compliance and monitor field team performance on training

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate
  • 5+ year of field work experience, preferably sales, trade activation, BTL promotions
  • Additional work experience in manager role with Activation domain & Pharma Sales will be preferable
