Key Responsibilities
- Producing APIs & Intermediates according to pre-approved instruction.
- Writing online BMR all production batch records, writing equipment logs are completed on line with signature and follow labeling procedure as per SOP.
- Responsible for verifying the weights and labels of raw materials/ ensuring MLs receiving from Process /ensuring Issuing recovery to Process.
- Reporting of all reported production deviations to shift in charge
- Responsible for following safety procedures, wearing PPE as appropriate and following spill control procedures and shop floor.
- Perform the necessary calibrations and record the details in respective registers with signature.
- Responsible for carrying of all work permits for approval to other departments.
- Documentation of cGMP, QMS & EMS related activities.
- Maintaining cGMP in the plant.
- Accountable for maintenance the House Keeping and Monitoring the inputs and outputs by maintaining the online documentation.
