Aishwarya Healthcare was established in the year 2005 and is located at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This plant is WHO-GMP certified. It has the manufacturing facility for large volume parenteral and small volume parenteral products (FFS bottles & ampoules, glass vials, three piece plastic vials, eye/ear drops, respules and nasal sprays/drops) Pharmaceutical manufacturing activities are carried out according to the GMP requirement of schedule M according to Indian Drug and Cosmetics Act. The production operation are performed under the strict GMP norms. All production operation are done under the strict supervision of qualified personnel in accordance with approved batch manufacturing record. The Quality Assurance department is independent from manufacturing and authorized to take appropriate decision on quality matters of raw material/packaging materials/finished product or any other issue related to quality.

1. Quality Assurance
   Design.- Executive, Sr. Executive.
   Qualification- B.Pharma, M. Pharma.
   Experience: Required – 5 to 7 years in QMS, Validations, FDA work
2. Quality Control
   Design.- Officer, Executive.
   Qualification- M.Sc, B. Pharma
   Experience – 3 to 6 Years in Finish, GLP section3. Production ( Sterile manufacturing)
   Design.- Executive, Assistant Manager.
   Qualification- B. Pharma, M. Pharma
   Experience- 6 to 9 Years in Sterile mfg. area.
3. Procurement
   Design.- Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
   Qualification- Any Graduate, MBA .
   Experience: Required – 6 to 10 Years in RM/PM procurement, Vendor development. SAP exposure must.
4. Graphic Designer ( Artwork)
   Design.- Sr. Graphic Designer, Assistant Manager.
   Qualification- Diploma in Graphic Designing.
   Experience Required- 4 to 8 Years ( Pharma).
5. Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA)
   Design.- Officer, Sr. Officer
   Qualification- B.Pharma, M.Pharm
   Experience: Required – 2 to 4 Years.
6. MIS ( Sales)
   Design.- Officer, Sr. Officer
   Qualification- Any Graduate, Expert in MS Excel.
   Experience: Required- 1 to 4 Years in Sales MIS.
7. Human Resource
   Design.- Officer, Sr. Officer
   Qualification- BBA, MBA.
   Experience: Required- 2 to 4 Years of experience in recruitment & sourcing, General Admin, Joining formalities.
8. Finance & Accounts
   Design.- Sr. Officer, Executive.
   Qualification- B.Com, M.Com
   Experience: Required- 3 to 6 years of experience in Plant Accounting, taxation. SAP – FICO exposure must.

10.Business Development ( Contract Manufacturing)
Design.- Executive, Assistant Manager.
Qualification- Any Graduate
Experience: Required- 4 to 7 Years on experience in contract manufacturing ( BD). Only pharma candidates are eligible.
