This state of art facility has one general block and a CEPHA/ BETA block. General block has been designed to manufacture oral dosage forms like tablets, capsules and liquids while the CEPHA/ BETA block has been designed to manufacture tablets, capsules, dry syrups and dry powder for injections.Both the manufacturing facilities are well equipped for the formulation of products aided by latest manufacturing technology and has a team of qualified and experienced staff.

Quality Assurance – Validation Person.

         Design.: Executive, Sr. Executive

         Experience – 6 to 8 Years (OSD & Dry Powder Injections)

         Qualification- B.pharma, M. Pharma.

Candidate Jd:

.To prepare, review, execution & compilation of the validation/qualification protocol and reports.

2. Validation Master Plan & Schedules/Planners
3. HVAC/Area Validation
4. Process Validation
5. Qualification of Equipments (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
6. Water System Validation
7. Utility Validation (Compressed Air/Nitrogen/PSG etc.)
8. Hold Time Studies (Product & Equipments)
9. Autoclave / Tunnel / Vial Washing Validation, Media Fill , Cleaning Validation
10. Facility Qualification and Calibration Activities.

Quality Assurance – QMS

4. Change Control, Deviation, OOS / OOT, Market Complaint / Recalls
5. CAPA
6. Self Inspection
7. Vendor Management, APQR
8. Training Management
9. Incidents, Gap Analysis / Impact Assessment.

Procurement – Officer , Sr. Officer.

         Experience: 01-03 Years, Male Candidates (Pharma Only).

         Qualification- B.Sc , B.Com.

         Job Location: Zirakpur.

Candidate Jd :

1. Research potential vendors.
2. Get the offers/quotes from suppliers and prepare the comparison for approval.
3. Generate the Purchase Order, Get approval and send Order to suppliers and Confirm the receipt & acceptance.

4.Track the Ordered item status and ensure timely deliveries.

5.Review quality of purchased products.

6. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
8. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
9. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
10. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

11.SAP knowledge will be preferred.
