• Good communication in the applicable language/s (English / Hindi / Marathi)

o Spoken skills for Inbound & Outbound

o Written skills for Email

• Customer service skills

         30 WPM with 90% accuracy

         Versant 5

         Ability to multitask

         Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, etc.,)

Shift

         Rotational Shift 24*7 (Male )

         7 AM to 8 PM (Female) Any 9 hrs

         1 Rotational Week Off

         Pick up/Drop available in between 11 PM to 6AM
