Product Manager Ortho and Rheumatology
Location: Zydus Corporate Park
To manage the Product Lite Cycle, design and launch marketing strategy and tactics for the assigned products in order to promote optimal achievement of sales objectives.
Collborate wilth Marketing Manager and Division Head to define aspiration and strategy for Division. Devise& implement marketing activitles, camps and conferences, for sucoesstul launching of new products. Attending CME conlerenoes. Participating in medical conlerences Liaise with the adverising agency regarding the and fares
Sales and Marketing
Responsible tfor providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promolional material, product training, and relevant cinical papers.
Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that Job Requirements the feld force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies aor competitors products. Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and sutability of curent promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Either conduct this research with in-house stalf or manage an outside agency ie., initial iderntification of suitable partner, definition of responsbilities, communication plan, divisionssot responsibility, milestones, contract with compary. review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from the research.
Assist with the developmet of the annual marketing plan and for controling advertising. promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including joumal advertising, direct mail and oonferences.
Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including iaison with production ( ocally and globally) to ensure supply timelnes
B.Se., B.Pharma / MBA Preferred
