Job Description:
- Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort
- Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on calls, chats & email conversations
- Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
- Identify, share and support operational improvements
- Excellent attention to detail is necessary ensuring all customer documentation are correctly logged
- Adherence to and achievement of Service Levels and quality standards for the team
- Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal Procedural changes and policy updates, ability to adapt to change well.
- Participate constructively in case reviews, meetings and training sessions
Required Skills:

Exp: 0 to 3 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days NP
Qualification: Any graduates (Technical and IT graduates are not eligible for the role)
